Our esteemed client, a well-established company based in St Peter Port, Guernsey, is looking for an experienced Director or Senior Manager with expertise in the field of pensions to lead a team of dedicated insurance management professionals.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the Account Director for prestigious clients, ensuring exceptional delivery standards while meeting service level agreements efficiently, managing compliance with regulatory and legal requirements of clientele’s insurance operations, crafting comprehensive reports tailored for various stakeholders including client boards and committees.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess insurance company leadership skills with intimate knowledge of Guernsey’s legal and regulatory framework surrounding insurance firms, and prior experience leading teams effectively towards common objectives. The ideal candidate should have an ACII qualification or equivalent progression towards it, and substantial knowledge gained from working directly within life assurance sectors.
