Direct Marketing Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic Retention Team as a Direct Marketing Executive in St Peter Port, Guernsey. This role is perfect for either a recent graduate or a school leaver eager to kick-start their career in marketing within the healthcare sector.

This varied and hands-on role offers a fantastic opportunity to support the delivery and optimisation of both direct mail and email marketing campaigns, targeting active and lapsed customers across multiple brands. You’ll be involved in the planning and coordination of monthly print campaigns, while also assisting with the technical and creative elements of email marketing – from proofreading and HTML coding to tailoring content for international audiences. A keen eye for detail is essential, particularly when reviewing marketing materials and managing campaign data. You’ll need to juggle multiple tasks under pressure, so strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise are key. Excellent communication and solid digital literacy are also vital, as you’ll be working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive campaign success.

This role reports directly to the Direct Marketing Manager and plays a key part in driving customer retention and loyalty through creative and strategic marketing efforts.
