We are looking for an experienced and driven Digital Specialist Support to join a leading Banking firm. This role is key to ensuring a high-quality service for clients by managing and resolving customer requests related to accounts, products, and services.

In this role, the successful candidate will handle escalated queries, maintain accurate customer records, and collaborate with teams across the bank to support a seamless customer journey. They will also contribute to the development of policies and processes, support training initiatives, and help implement industry best practices in customer care. Candidates will provide operational guidance, coach others, influence decision-making, and take a lead on managing risk and controls in the request handling process.

To be successful, the ideal candidate should bring solid experience in a customer-facing financial services role, ideally with a background supporting fiduciaries, funds, or family office clients. Strong relationship management, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail are essential.
