A Fiduciary and Fund firm is looking for a skilled Data Integration Engineer to develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines and system integrations within the Microsoft-based ecosystem. This role is essential for delivering reliable and secure data solutions for reporting, analytics, and governance in a regulated financial environment.
Working primarily with Python and SQL, the successful candidate will automate ingestion from APIs, SharePoint, and other enterprise sources, and ensure seamless data flows across the Medallion architecture. They will extend internal ETL libraries, optimise performance and cost, embed robust CI/CD practices, and work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into well-documented, value-driven solutions.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will need strong experience in data engineering, particularly in Microsoft Fabric or the Azure stack, and be confident in integrating systems using APIs and managing data in large-scale environments. They will also need to be a proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and a clear understanding of the expectations in a regulated setting.
