Cyber Security Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Consultant to assess client security postures, provide expert advice, and implement strategies to reduce risk and ensure compliance with industry standards such as Cyber Essentials and CIS.

This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with a strong background in securing networks and systems. The successful candidate will conduct security assessments, including vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and risk analysis, while working closely with clients to design and implement effective security controls. They will also handle technical audits up to Cyber Essentials Plus level and support incident response efforts.

The role involves configuring and managing security tools, preparing reports, and staying up to date with the latest threats and trends. The individual will work across teams to ensure systems are secure by design, and provide clear, professional communication and documentation throughout. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, client-facing experience, and relevant certifications. A strong understanding of network protocols, cloud security, and security tools like SIEM and firewalls is essential.
