We have a great opportunity for a Customer Services Advisor to join a well-established energy provider Guernsey business.
Reporting to the Head of Retail, the Customer Services advisor provides support to the Guernsey retail team by being a front-of-house customer services advisor, assisting with retail administration, processing orders, handling billing issues. Duties also include resolving escalated customer complaints and disputes and handling difficult customers that walk into the retail store. The head of retail will require specific data from Guernsey to make decisions around stock, sales orders, etc. which you will be required to report on weekly.
