Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading insurance company in Jersey.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Welcome, assist and direct visitors to the office in a courteous and professional manner whilst adhering to security policies and procedures.
  • Determine the quickest, most effective ways to help our client’s by troubleshooting common issues with products and or services at first point of contact, escalating queries and concerns where appropriate
  • Provide (limited) product and services information, answer questions and queries received whether by incoming post, email or by telephone, with accuracy and efficiency, again escalating to Brokers or Leaders where appropriate.
