Join one of the Channel Islands leading Insurance Broker as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in St Peter Port. As a CSR, the Successful Candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and resolving issues through various channels. This Company are looking for individuals with excellent client servicing, problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail skills. While prior experience is advantageous, it’s not mandatory. A solid educational background inclusive of Maths & English GCSEs at Grade C or above is desirable.
