We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic insurance sector firm based in St Peter Port, Guernsey.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, resolving product or service issues, providing accurate information via post, email, or phone, operating telecommunications efficiently, handling policy adjustments/cancellations, interacting with internal staff members and external customers, troubleshooting common issues, and identifying effective solutions.
