We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join a loan, mortgage and insurance company.
Operate switchboard between the hours of 8:45 and 17:00, receiving and transferring calls, and /or taking brief messages and passing these on via email (taking full accurate contact details and nature of call).
Greet and welcome visitors to the office, providing a polite and professional service.
Process and deliver internal and external mail daily.
Order office supplies (Stationery & kitchen) maintaining adequate stocks.
On receipt of appropriate authorisation, manage flights, taxis and hotel bookings.
Provide logistical support for meetings held in the Board and Meeting Rooms; to include the preparation and arrangements for catering and refreshments.
Process general administrative documentation. IE: Filing/Scanning etc copying CDD documents as directed by the Accounts Manager
Process customer payments.
Issue all documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Reconcile daily payments and bank accordingly.
Liaise / Correspond directly with clients/stakeholders.
