Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join a loan, mortgage and insurance company.

 

Responsibilities:

 Operate switchboard between the hours of 8:45 and 17:00, receiving and transferring calls, and /or taking brief messages and passing these on via email (taking full accurate contact details and nature of call).
 Greet and welcome visitors to the office, providing a polite and professional service.
 Process and deliver internal and external mail daily.
 Order office supplies (Stationery & kitchen) maintaining adequate stocks.
 On receipt of appropriate authorisation, manage flights, taxis and hotel bookings.
 Provide logistical support for meetings held in the Board and Meeting Rooms; to include the preparation and arrangements for catering and refreshments.
 Process general administrative documentation. IE: Filing/Scanning etc copying CDD documents as directed by the Accounts Manager
 Process customer payments.
 Issue all documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
 Reconcile daily payments and bank accordingly.
 Liaise / Correspond directly with clients/stakeholders.
