We are looking for a Client Service Executive to join an international bank and assist in the servicing of clients. This role will involve supporting the day-to-day client service activities, including receiving and processing instructions such as payments and security trades.
The successful candidate will also be key in identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell the bank’s products and services, working closely with Relationship Managers to convert leads. Contributing towards the bank’s financial targets and supporting project work and large-scale system initiatives will be part of your responsibilities. In addition, they will assist with timely client risk reviews and ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and bank policies.
We are seeking someone with strong written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative approach to teamwork, and proficient IT abilities. A keen interest in banking and a desire to learn about products and services is essential, and while previous banking experience is desirable, it is not required. A proactive mindset, creativity, and a willingness to embrace change and suggest improvements will be highly valued.
