Looking for a role where you can combine great customer service with flexibility in your schedule?
We’re looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers via phone and online in a commercial business. You’ll be helping with everything from general queries and technical support to service and sales advice-making sure every customer feels heard, supported, and valued.
You’ll be expected to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. In return, you’ll join a supportive team where no two days are the same and where you can genuinely make a difference for each customer.
Your role will involve troubleshooting faults, guiding people through service options like fibre, broadband, and mobile, processing orders, and helping to resolve issues swiftly. You’ll also be expected to keep accurate records and help keep internal systems up to date.
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in great communication, and always puts the customer first. You’ll also need to be confident using digital platforms and happy working in a regulated and security-conscious environment.
