We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading local telecommunications firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey. This role offers flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays on a rota basis.

As the first point of contact for customers, the successful candidate will handle a range of queries, from technical support to service and sales advice. They will promote products and services, ensuring every customer interaction is a positive experience. This role will also include diagnosing and resolving customer issues, completing order requests, and maintaining accurate records in our systems.

This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. In addition, the ideal candidate will comply with regulatory, data protection, and health and safety standards while supporting internal teams with major customer issues as they arise.
