We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Operations Representative to be the operations’ professional and friendly face of a leading Banking Institution based in St Peter Port, this permanent role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive on interaction and are committed to excellence.

 

Key Accountabilities:
– Providing first-class customer support via phone calls, emails, and direct office visits.
– Communicating with efficiency & friendliness that matches our core values.
– Ensuring accurate information delivery during all interactions.
– Covering reception duties as needed while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Essential Requirements:

– You will need proficiency equivalent to A grades at GCSE level (or similar) in Maths & English due to the nature of work requiring excellent communication skills both verbal and written
– Dealing courteously with customers is second nature; likewise handling any dissatisfaction professionally
– Your approach should always consider each client’s unique situation
