We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Operations Administrator to join a leading local firm in Jersey.

The primary responsibility will be managing purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy in financial processing. The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising with suppliers and customers to maintain excellent service standards, handling comprehensive tasks such as maintaining daily stock sheets and updating important spreadsheets diligently.

In addition, they will engage actively in preparation for preliminary end-of-month statistics to keep business insights sharp and informed. Administrative duties such as catering arrangements for meetings/visitors and managing phone calls/messages when necessary will also be part of the role.

The ideal candidate must have strong IT capabilities, particularly within Microsoft Office suite, alongside database systems management to ensure streamlined work processes. Strong communication expertise, both verbally and in writing, should reflect clarity, and professionalism, and allow effective interaction internally/externally at all levels. Good organisational acumen, paired with adept planning abilities, goes a long way in keeping things shipshape around the clock.
