Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for Credit Card Analysts to join an international award-winning private bank.

 

Responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking client onboarding and customer support activities, including:
• Reviewing and undertaking credit card applications including interalia – ID&V checks, credit limit calculations and high risk escalations to the Client Services team.
• Assisting customers with the online tools, mobile apps, and other digital services as may be available.
• Responding to customer inquiries, emails, and online messages from customer who have questions or concerns.
• Assisting customers with resolving issues related to credit card transactions, such as unauthorized charges and fraudulent activity when escalated by the service providers.
• Investigating and resolving disputes, and ensuring that customers receive appropriate credits or refunds when necessary.
• Investigating and resolving issues related to account balances, payments, and credit limits.
• Assisting in the set-up and management of direct debits.
