We are currently seeking a Credit Card Analyst to join a leading Client in the banking sector in St Peter Port.
As a Credit Card Analyst, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews and checks on credit card applications, ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete. They will also be handling inquiries from customers, resolving disputes, and facilitating direct debit management activities. Having good attention to detail and an analytical mindset will be crucial in identifying potential risks and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong learning agility and excellent communication skills. They should be able to work effectively under pressure and be able to deliver exceptional customer experiences. No prior experience is necessary but a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences and good problem-solving skills is essential.
