We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Corporate Secretariat to join the Communications department on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career by contributing to effective governance and client service excellence across a range of international entities.
In this role, the successful candidate will coordinate board meetings, manage statutory records, and maintain clear, timely communication between directors and senior management. Key responsibilities include preparing agendas, advising on board papers, taking accurate minutes, and tracking action points. They will also support corporate governance improvement initiatives and help ensure decisions are implemented efficiently across multiple entities.
To succeed, the ideal candidate will bring good technical knowledge of corporate governance-ideally in a regulated environment-alongside a relevant qualification such as ICSA/STEP Diploma. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and attention to detail are essential.
