We have an opportunity for a meticulous and proactive professional to join a Esteemed Company as a Corporate Secretarial Executive based in St Peter Port, Guernsey. In this permanent role, the Successful Candidate will ensure that the global offices uphold corporate governance standards by managing statutory obligations. Responsibilities include drafting corporate resolutions, filing company changes accurately, collaborating with registrars of companies and banking institutions, and keeping comprehensive records. To succeed in this role, the Ideal Candidate will need a university degree related to compliance or risk management, at least one year of relevant experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Strong organizational skills, acute attention-to-detail, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills are also essential.
