An exciting opportunity for a Corporate Secretarial Administrator has arisen in St. Peter Port, Guernsey. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join a dynamic corporate services environment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the Microsoft Suite and possess a keen attention to detail.

As a Corporate Secretarial Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting private equity funds’ statutory compliance and secretariat responsibilities. This includes assisting with quarterly board meeting preparation, filing requirements and liaising with internal and external parties. While prior experience is not required, it would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate should also be able to work well under pressure and manage their time effectively as they will be joining a fast-paced environment that requires excellent organisational skills.
