We are seeking a Corporate Services Manager to join a leading Financial services firm based in Jersey. This role involves managing key client relationships and overseeing Jersey Private Funds, Joint Ventures, and corporate structures while providing technical support to the team.
Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering high-quality service. The successful candidate will oversee the administration of complex structures, liaise with external advisors, and support business development by strengthening existing client services and identifying new opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in fiduciary services, including 3 years in management, with a degree in business, law, or accountancy and membership in a relevant professional body. Strong leadership, client relationship management, and technical expertise in offshore fund and corporate services are essential.
