One of our Esteemed Clients are looking for a Corporate Governance Executive based in St Peter Port, Guernsey.
The successful candidate will oversee statutory compliance for multiple entities, facilitate entity formation and structural modifications, coordinate with registrars across various jurisdictions, create essential documentation, maintain impeccable records, and conduct ongoing due diligence processes. The ideal candidate should have a relevant university degree with at least one year of experience in corporate governance or corporate services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, exemplary communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, an eye for detail, and robust organizational talents are also essential.
