Our client’s prestigious legal team in St. Helier, Jersey is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commonwealth qualified lawyer passionate about corporate law and mergers & acquisitions. As a Corporate Associate, the successful Candidate will play a key role in advising on complex deals, driving the success of mergers and acquisitions and ensuring compliance for clients. They ideally should have at least 4 years’ post qualification experience and come from a reputable top tier corporate or commercial firm, possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
