We are on the look out for an experienced corporate action administrator to be part of a prestigious banking firm in St. Peter Port.


Responsibilities include efficient handling of dividends, shareholder meetings, disclosures, and corporate actions.

The Successful Candidate must process documentation promptly, prepare accurate notifications for clients, reconcile allocations and entitlements meticulously, and maintain data integrity.


The Ideal candidate should have substantial understanding of corporate actions, strong organizational and time management skills, and clear written communication abilities. Familiarity with custody or banking computer systems, especially Global Custodians software platforms, is highly desirable.
