We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Facilities Coordinator to join one of our esteemed clients. This role offers a variety of responsibilities, including administrative tasks as well as involvement in annual and ad-hoc projects like retention and data destruction.

 

In this role, the successful individual will act as the primary lead for company social activities, planning and delivering events in coordination with the Facilities Officer. They will ensure compliance with health and safety policies, maintaining required qualifications. As the key liaison for joiners and leavers, the candidates will also contribute to onboarding processes and make recommendations for improvements to the facilities induction presentation.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to balance multiple tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, are essential. A clean driving license and general maintenance skills are also required.
