We invite you to join a dynamic and dedicated team as a Contract File Reviewer at a prestigious fiduciary and fund administration firm located in Guernsey.

In this role, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews of client entity files, ensuring complete adherence to the latest regulatory standards. They will also be expected to identify any documentation gaps or areas requiring updates within client files meticulously. In addition, will support critical new business take-on processes by assisting with efficient onboarding projects.

To excel in this position, the Ideal Candidate must possess an impeccable ability not just to meet deadlines, but also manage multiple tasks effectively. Key skills should include regulatory compliance acumen, due diligence expertise, fiduciary knowledge, and exceptional attention to detail. The Candidate must maintain rigorous due diligence procedures, including KYC requirements during client engagements. Finally, they must demonstrate exceptional focus when examining documents, as identifying even minor discrepancies can be crucial for maintaining high-quality service levels expected from clients.
