Consultant – Depositary Operations

We have a great new opportunity for a Consultant ( Depositary Operations ) to join a globally recognized, award-winning financial institution.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• A varied role involving monitoring and oversight support to a variety of fund structures, legal entities and alternative investment vehicles.
• Communicating and collaborating with internal and external clients at both operational and board levels including answering related queries.
• Trust oversight and operational coordination, reviewing transactional documentation, liaising with lawyers and arranging meetings to discuss acquisitions, sales and ad-hoc queries.
• Overseeing the daily, weekly and monthly checks for depositary functions including cashflow monitoring, fund oversight and safekeeping duties.
• Ensuring fund compliance with regulations and constitutional documentation.
• Responsible for the oversight of outsourced locations and fund delegates reviewing due diligence questionnaires and performing due diligence visits as appropriate.
• Reviewing alternative investments and look-through requirements.
• Ensuring new clients and new funds are incorporated into relevant processes.
• Leading / Involvement in change management projects and processes as required.
