A well-established, privately owned trust company in Guernsey is seeking a Compliance & Operations Administrator. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience in compliance and operational processes.

 

The role involves carrying out CDD and EDD checks, maintaining accurate client records, supporting compliance reporting, and assisting with new client onboarding and closures. The successful candidate will also help manage document retention, support internal procedures, and provide occasional office cover.

We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ideally at least one year’s experience in compliance, CDD, or onboarding in financial services. Experience with Laserfiche and 5-Series is a plus. Candidates working towards or willing to study for a professional qualification, such as ICA are encouraged to apply.
