We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Monitoring Officer to join the South Africa-based Compliance Team.
In this key role, the successful candidate will help ensure that the company operates in line with all relevant laws and regulations by assessing adherence to the internal Policies, Procedures and Controls through compliance monitoring and periodic reviews. The responsibilities will include conducting client due diligence checks, periodic reviews, and automated screening assessments.
The ideal candidate will also support the continuous improvement of the compliance framework, assist with training initiatives, and provide day-to-day guidance on AML/CFT/CPF matters. We’re seeking someone with experience in a compliance environment, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly. Solid organisational skills and a flexible, proactive mindset are essential.
