A leading firm is looking for an experienced Compliance Monitoring Officer to join the Guernsey team, supporting both trust and fund services.
The role focuses on delivering and maintaining the Compliance Monitoring Programme, ensuring alignment with local and international regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include conducting CMP testing, maintaining compliance registers and logs, supporting regulatory reporting, and helping ensure risks are identified and mitigated.
The ideal candidate must have at least six years’ experience in a compliance role, with five years in CMP testing within the funds industry. A relevant compliance qualification and strong technical knowledge of the fund and fiduciary sector are essential.
