We’re seeking a meticulous and proactive Compliance Monitoring Administrator to join an Esteemed team in St Helier.
In this position, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough testing aligned with the Compliance Monitoring Program (CMP) and documenting findings. They will actively contribute ideas for enhancing CMPs and engage with business teams to expedite the resolution of CMP findings. The Candidate will also prepare compliance-related reports and recommend ways to enhance internal procedures observed during CMP testing activities.
To be successful in this role, the Ideal Candidate must exhibit dependability, integrity, trustworthiness, and a cooperative attitude essential for teamwork dynamics. A minimum of 3+ years’ experience within financial services is critical alongside an evident collaborative approach fostering company-wide compliance culture support. IT skills are necessary, with proficiency required mainly but not limited exclusively to Microsoft Office Suite.
