A highly regarded insurance firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey is looking for a part-time Compliance Manager to join their team.
As the Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that the company follows regulatory standards. They will oversee the development, implementation, and management of company policies and procedures. Strong analytical skills will be essential in conducting comprehensive risk assessments, identifying potential risks, and making informed decisions.
The Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company is aware of any regulatory changes and that policies are updated accordingly. As part of this role, they will also be responsible for training employees on compliance policies and procedures. Excellent communication skills will enable clear policy dissemination, ensuring that all employees understand their obligations and responsibilities.
