Compliance Manager – Audit & Assurance

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Manager to join a dynamic financial services team in St Helier, Jersey. This is a great opportunity to make a significant contribution towards maintaining regulatory excellence.

As the Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for serving as MLCO and MLRO, overseeing compliance function outsourcing, engaging actively with Financial Services Commissions, and developing AML/CFT/CPF systems ensuring adherence across all operations. They will be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and be able to develop and implement policies that ensure adherence to these requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent data management skills and be able to design and implement policies and procedures that enable effective compliance management. They should also be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a CGI/STEP Diploma or equivalent, Professional status preferred. Alternatively, relevant function-specific certifications with evidence of continuous development. Proven people managerial capabilities are required.
