As a Compliance Manager, they will play a key role in ensuring regulatory standards are met, overseeing high-risk client due diligence, and supporting the team in maintaining best practices across compliance functions.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include reviewing complex CDD and EDD cases, updating compliance manuals in line with regulations, handling transaction monitoring reviews, preparing compliance reports for the board, and leading the compliance onboarding of new businesses. They will also act as a point of escalation for technical queries, oversee team performance and training, and contribute to strategic compliance initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ relevant experience, strong technical knowledge of AML and regulatory frameworks, and hold a recognised compliance qualification (e.g., ICA Certificate or Diploma). A background in team leadership and confident decision-making is essential.
