We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a leading Financial services provider in Guernsey. This role will involve ensuring that operations comply with legal standards and internal policies. This will include managing risks, designing control systems, and implementing improvements to enhance our compliance program. The Candidate will also be responsible for guiding a team of compliance professionals and ensuring that they have the tools and resources they need to be successful.
The Ideal candidate should possess strong risk management, regulatory knowledge, and strategic planning skills. They should have experience leading compliance programs in a corporate environment and a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape. Excellent analytical skills are essential, as the candidate will be required to evaluate complex compliance issues and provide practical recommendations to senior management.
