An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Manager to join a global professional services provider in St Peter Port, Guernsey. As a key member of the Compliance team, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for acting as the MLCO & deputy MLRO, drafting and implementing AML/CFT policies and procedures, completing tasks according to established compliance monitoring program, and preparing reports for quarterly board meetings assessing various risks involved.
To be successful in this role, the Ideal Candidate must have regulatory environment experience, analytical proficiency, and team collaboration capability. They will have a proven track record of building relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, and the ability to drive change and influence outcomes. In addition, they will play a vital role in ensuring that the company operates in a compliant manner. The Candidate will be expected to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
