We are currently looking for a senior associate in compliance, governance, and risk to join a leading finance firm in the Channel Islands. This position requires an individual with strong regulatory expertise in fiduciary services. The ideal candidate should also have an in-depth understanding of corporate trusts and foundations structuring and be experienced in performing periodic reviews.
Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in Jersey. A relevant professional qualification, such as a degree in law, finance, or business, is also desirable. You will be required to have strong analytical skills and an eye for detail, as well as impeccable documentation practices. The ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients is also essential.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to ensure that their compliance obligations are met and provide guidance on best practices. You will also be responsible for conducting periodic reviews of clients’ businesses to identify any potential risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
