Compliance Executive

We are seeking a Risk & Compliance Executive to join a specialist asset management business based in Guernsey. This role is ideal for candidates looking to develop a career in compliance, whether experienced or transitioning from a related field.

This role offers exposure to a range of compliance activities within the second and third lines of defence, providing an excellent platform for career growth. Key responsibilities include supporting compliance monitoring, maintaining client due diligence data, assisting with risk assessments, monitoring sanctions and alerts, keeping the business informed of regulatory updates, and contributing to policy updates and compliance projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to interpret regulatory requirements. Excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong written and verbal communication are essential. A proactive approach and willingness to learn will be key to success in this role.
