We are looking for an enthusiastic Compliance Consultant to join a leading Offshore firm. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to play a key role in providing bespoke, commercially sensitive consultancy services.
Key responsibilities include holding prescribed roles such as MLRO, MLCO, and Compliance Officer, advising clients on governance and regulatory matters, drafting and implementing policies, and delivering tailored training sessions. The successful candidate will contribute to business development, participate in industry events, and help grow the firm’s reputation through thought leadership initiatives such as writing articles, recording podcasts, and presenting at events.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of Guernsey compliance experience, an ICA certificate or diploma, and proven expertise in an MLRO, MLCO, or Compliance Officer role. Experience in GFSC POI and/or fiduciary services is essential. They should be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and negotiating fees while effectively managing budgets and billing arrangements.
