We are currently seeking a Compliance Associate Director to join a leading local firm in Guernsey. As a Compliance Associate Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing policies, managing Compliance Review Programmes, and monitoring risk profiles. They will work closely with senior management to ensure that all compliance requirements are met and that the company operates following GFSC regulations.
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should have a relevant Compliance qualification and a thorough understanding of GFSC regulations. They should also possess excellent leadership qualities and communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with a passion for compliance and a desire to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
