Compliance Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Associate Director to join a leading local Firm in Guernsey. As the Compliance Associate Director, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for leading the compliance team and developing and implementing strategic compliance initiatives that align with the business objectives.

As the primary liaison between senior management and compliance staff, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining open communication channels, providing guidance and support to the compliance team, and ensuring that all compliance-related issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

To be considered for this role, the Ideal Candidate should have a recognised professional qualification such as ICA or substantial experience in a similar role. They should also have proven team leadership skills and extensive knowledge of Guernsey’s regulatory framework. Experience interacting with regulators is a plus.
