Compliance Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with client remediation projects, liaising effectively and reporting on progress.
– Contribute towards tool development under management guidance.
– Stay updated on financial service developments internationally; draft summaries or impact assessments.
– Perform research, gap analysis against policies/procedures, maintain registers/info-management tools supporting compliance functions.

Skills Required:
– Analytical Skills: Interpret complex data accurately for effective problem-solving & decision-making processes
– Communication Proficiency: Articulate findings clearly through both written & oral methods ensuring smooth stakeholder interactions
– Deliver reports/findings concisely while maintaining strong relationships internally/externally

Essential Attributes:

Preferred Experience:
– Familiarity processing due diligence within regulated environments will be advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications:
– Holding or aspiring towards certifications such as those related specifically to Anti Money Laundering are considered beneficial.
