We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst to support the compliance function in ensuring adherence to all regulatory and anti-financial crime requirements.
In this role, the successful candidate will assist with the monitoring and implementation of compliance policies and procedures, support the Compliance Monitoring Programme, and help ensure company-wide understanding of key regulations. They will also contribute to anti-financial crime efforts by assisting with due diligence reviews, sanctions screening, and suspicious activity investigations.
Responsibilities include preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining compliance registers, and supporting audits and staff training. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least two years of experience in a compliance role and a solid understanding of local regulations and fiduciary obligations. Strong communication, discretion, and organisational skills are essential.
