We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join a leading local firm in St. Peter Port, Guernsey. As a Compliance Analyst, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the business operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
The primary responsibilities of this role will include conducting customer due diligence, performing risk reviews, and screening issuers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in CDD/AML roles, as well as a strong understanding of relevant industry standards. They will also have an in-depth knowledge of corporate structures, and be able to provide expertise through knowledge transfer sessions and training.
In addition to the above, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a systematic approach, an independent work ethic, and strong problem-solving abilities. They will be able to work under pressure and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
