We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Administrator to join a local Trust firm. In this role, the successful candidate will support a range of compliance duties to ensure the business meets all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
The responsibilities will include processing Customer Due Diligence (CDD), managing compliance task lists and planners, handling periodic reviews and risk assessments, and maintaining key registers and trust management systems. The candidate will also monitor the compliance mailbox, support ongoing screening and remediation processes, and assist with FATCA/CRS reporting, policy updates, and ad hoc compliance projects.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate needs at least three years’ experience in compliance and KYC, along with strong organisational and communication skills.
