Are you looking to advance your career within the financial services sector? A firm based in St Peter Port, Guernsey is seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator. This permanent position offers a chance to be part of a dynamic team that values diligence and expertise.

As a vital member of the compliance department, here’s what will be expected from you:

– Conducting daily monitoring on sanction screening and adverse media platforms against client and asset lists.
– Assisting with testing as part of the compliance monitoring programme.
– Reviewing new Client Due Diligence (CDD) files while maintaining existing ones diligently.
– Maintaining regulatory registers including those for Politically Exposed Persons, Powers Of Attorney among others.

In addition:

  • Overseeing risk assessments
  • Supporting CDD reviews by bank service providers

The role requires proficiency in IT skills like Windows operating systems along with applications such as 4-Series software suite, e-Docs Document Management System, World-Check database management system and must have comprehensive knowledge understanding local regulations enforced by The Guernsey Financial Services Commission(GFSC).
