Our prestigious client in St Peter Port, Guernsey is seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator to join their team.
As a key player on the risk management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining corporate integrity. The daily tasks will include commercial management, administration, and risk and compliance reporting support. In addition to this, they will be required to conduct compliance reviews, provide support for regulatory audits, and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should embody accountability and take full responsibility for their work. They should possess excellent communication skills and be able to nurture positive relationships at every level within the organisation. They will need to be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate should also have a thorough understanding of the financial services sector and be able to keep up to date with industry developments.
