Our Client, a top financial services company are seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their team in St Sampson, Guernsey. in this role, the Successful Candidate will ensure all operations align with internal policies and regulatory standards. Work with experts in the field and contribute to the company’s growth. The responsibilities for the role include; to manage new business processes, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards, update compliance registers, and address outstanding queries promptly.

The Ideal Candidate should possess at least 1 year+ experience in finance or a similar regulated environment. Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal), strong organisational skills, work well under pressure, keen eye for detail, and ability to identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
