Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance Administrator / Assistant Compliance Officer to join a international group of professional firms that provides advice to high net worth individuals and families.


The Compliance Administrator will possess good interpersonal, organisation and communication skills and be willing to expand their knowledge with respect to Compliance.

They will assist the Compliance Officer with the following compliance duties:

  • Complete World Checks, C6 and Google searches as requested.
  • Review the GFSC, KYC360 and any other relevant websites for updates and relevant material, passing to the Compliance Officer for review.
  • Maintain familiarity with the GFSC Handbook by frequently referring to it in order to continue building general compliance and regulatory knowledge.
  • Assist with queries from the Client Teams and Directors with any Compliance/AML queries or concerns and discussing any complex matters with the Compliance Officer.
  • Monitor Google Alerts that are received on relevant individuals and advising the Compliance Officer of any adverse findings
  • Prepare draft correspondence as required.
  • Gather information as requested by the Compliance Officer to assist with the preparation of the Compliance reports for the Board.
