A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced Company and Trust Closure Specialist to join on a contractor basis. This role involves managing the closure of companies and trusts while ensuring all legal, financial, and regulatory requirements are met.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the administrative processes involved in company and trust closures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and monitoring financial and legal matters throughout the process. The successful candidate will manage the liquidation of assets, review outstanding liabilities, and coordinate with legal and external advisors to ensure a smooth and compliant closure. Maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and intermediaries will also be an essential aspect of the role.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in fiduciary and trust closure services and be either qualified or close to completing a professional qualification. A comprehensive understanding of fiduciary services, trust closure procedures, and legal/financial compliance is essential. Strong written and spoken communication skills, along with a commitment to business excellence, are also key to success in this role.
