Our esteemed client is seeking an outstanding individual to fill the pivotal role of Company Secretary within their Trust division. This full-time permanent position in St Peter Port, Guernsey offers career advancement and immersion into critical company operations.

 

The role involves organising Board and Committee meetings, preparing agendas and meeting packs, attending meetings to take minutes, and tracking action points to ensure timely circulation to all members.

The position also requires significant internal collaboration, particularly with the parent company, addressing increased requests for information on regulated entities and supporting the steps required for their dissolution as part of the wind-up plan.

Working closely with senior leadership, the role ensures that agendas capture all key items and that actions are followed up efficiently.
